With its renewed cuisine, our restaurant pays tribute to the vision of Don Olegario Ovalle Vicuña, the founder of Zapallar at the close of the 19th century, when he began to dream of the idea of transforming this tiny fishing village into a privileged place to spend the hot summer days. A real fan of this land, he was convinced that Zapallar could become even more respectable than some of the most fashionable European resorts.

With a brand new menu, the cuisine in the Olegario Restaurant is based on the techniques of Mediterranean haute cuisine, where local fresh products from the coast of the 5th Region predominate; all accompanied by an extensive wine list and a selection of cocktails.
